2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings require a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
2.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods indicated on our website.
2.3 Prices are quoted in USD or NPR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Adventure Sports Nepal reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing at any time before booking confirmation.

4. Travel Documents

4.1 You are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visas, permits, and travel insurance.
4.2 Adventure Sports Nepal is not liable for denied entry or travel delays due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Health & Safety

5.1 Participants must be physically fit for the chosen tour.
5.2 Any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking.
5.3 Adventure Sports Nepal reserves the right to refuse participation if health or safety risks are identified.

6. Liability

6.1 Adventure Sports Nepal acts as an organizer and facilitator. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during travel.
6.2 Clients participate in tours at their own risk and are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, political events).

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Clients are expected to respect local customs, environment, and communities.
7.2 Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or illegal may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on our website, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Adventure Sports Nepal and protected under copyright law.
8.2 Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
